How Can Severe Pain In The Abdomen Be Treated?
Hi Dr my son is 3.5 years old and he is suffering from acute pain in stomach and vomiting he is not eating any thing and also suffering from fever and I feel that his chest is full of conjunction.He is so weak not gaining weight what should I do plz tell me

Your concern about your child is obvious. I think your son got gastrointestinal infection.
Give him oral re-hydration solution (WHO approved) as much as he can drink to prevent dehydration. For fever paracetamol syrup 125 mg only when he gets fever. For pain syrup dicyclomine 10 mg.
The treatment is symptomatic. You should consult pediatrician for not gaining weight.
