How Can Severe Pain In The Arms Be Treated?

I fell when I twisted my ankle. I went to the ER and they x-rayed my ankle, left arm, right wrist, and left knee. The x-rays showed everything was sprained , no broken bones. Still having lots of arm pain and can’t use it. My question is: will a stress fracture show up later? I see my Orthopedic doctor on Monday.

If your X-rays are normal, then you need not have to worry . Start applying Diclofenac gel on the areas which are painful. If the pain is unbearable, you start Analgesic tablets also.
