General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably it will be due to minor muscle sprain. As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself with conservative management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
