How Can Severe Pain In The Joints Be Treated?

Hi, I m looking for a potent supplement for joint pain. I m an active 60 yr old, do yoga 3-4 x week, eat anti-inflammatory, and still have joint pain & no flexibility. I was looking at OmegaXL and Flexoplex.com which has all recommended ingredients. Any suggestions for scientific proven products?

Hi,

Which anti-inflammatory have you tried till now? OmegaXL and Flexoplex will not really helpful in arthritis pain.

First of all, you have to confirm that joint pain is because of age-related osteoarthritis and not because of rheumatoid arthritis.

Anti-inflammatory useful for osteoarthritis is aceclofenac potassium which accumulates in synovial fluid and gives a good result. However, it is a progressive disease which can only be treated by joint replacement after chronic debility.

So try conservative methods till you can tolerate and able to walk without much difficulty.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
