How Can Severe Pain In The Knees After A Surgery Be Treated?
I have a mild triocompartmental chondromalacia and a small knee joint effusion, also a high grade injury without tear of the inferior fibers of anterior cruciate ligament, just had medial meniscus surgery and then was attacked by pitbulls while healing, cannot bend my leg after several therapy sessions and im in pain unlike no pain after surgery,do i have to have surgery to fix this?
As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
