How Can Severe Pain In The Knees Be Treated?

I fell down some stairs onto the concrete. I ended up with a bloody knee and that was 3 days ago and my knee pain is getting worse sense then it hurts to bend it, walk on it or lay or sit a certain way. Please someone help me. I don t like going to the hospital unless I need to .

You have to make sure that you don't have a fracture on your knees. please take an x ray and show an orthopedics. If he tells you don't have any concern. Then as you wish don't take medications. Otherwise it can be so bad that you may not be able to even walk properly if the fracture heals in wrong position.
