yes thank you I was sitting in a chair talking to my son for about 10 -15 mins with my left foot folded back underneath the chair pressing against the wood bar that goes to the chair anyway while it was in that position it did not hurt but the very moment I moved my foot I had severe pain now I can barely walk on it it hurted worse then labor pain its been a week I m super worried I cant even massage it I rather not touch it at all what do you think is going on?
Is there any swelling over your feet? According to your symptoms it is more likely to be like Muscle cramps.
So, I suggest you to take T.Hifenac medicine (twice daily after food) for three days for relief and take T. Vitamin B complex OD (once daily) for a week.
If your pain still persist, then it is advisable to take x-ray of your feet and consult an Orthopedician.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Indhu Priyadharshini
