Sir Aslamu my father fell from hight 20feet now he has great pain X ray shows compression d11#and covical x doctors give him pain killer medicine and advice conservative mangment for 3months lying on bed. But my pain in continue i cannot stay for 2 minute on one side due to my back pain Now i request your goodself that when my pain become less and i can stand up

First of all, I have to know which pain medication did your doctor give him? If it is not working even after 4-6 hours of ingestion, then only other medicine can be tried.
Tramadol injection can be given for which you have to go to a nearby physician. Or else Etoricoxib + Chlorzoxazone tablet 12 hourly can be given.
