How Can Severe Pain In The Legs Along With Fatigue Be Treated?

Hi I have RA and have been on high doses of methotrexate along with remade infusions. this last week I have been experiencing muscle pain in my legs, cough, night sweats and frequent urination at night Today I am still experiencing all of the above along with fatigue.
