General Surgeon 's  Response
Since you are having marked back pain, and pain in the lower limbs, and finding it difficult to stand or walk, you in all probability are having lumbar disc prolapse with nerve or cord compression. An MRI of the lumbar spine must be done for diagnosis. Once this disc prolapse is proven, please consult an Orthopedic surgeon for minimal access surgery for the removal of the prolapsed lumbar disc.
