How Can Severe Pain In The Lower Back And Abdomen Be Treated?

I am 61yr old female, 4 months out of breast cancer chemo. Yesterday thought I had flu, stomach cramps, lower back pain, some diahrea, nausea, feverish. Today, severe lower back and abdominal pain, have taken 2 aleves and no relief. Hurts so much it makes me feel sick to my stomach and shaky.

Hello,

I don't think this situation is related to chemo. It is possible gastrointestinal infection or gastroenteritis favorized from the low immunity that you are experiencing now due to chemo.

I can advise you to use probiotics such as enterogermina or yovita to reestablish the intestinal flora. Also, you can use simethicone for bloating and diarrhea.
