General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that pain in lower back can be because of various reasons. Most common being disc prolapse and nerve compression. I would advise you to get a MRI spine done. Meanwhile you can take a paiin killer like aceclofenac for relieving pain. You can see a physiotherapist to learn some stretching exercises for your back. Don't try to lift any heavy weight s and avoid any strenuous activity . I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
