How Can Severe Pain In The Neck And Shoulders Be Treated?

I have this terrible neck/shoulders pain and spasms since my doctor raised cipralex dose to 40mg 3 months ago and it kept getting worse so i came off it last month, my ocd isn t bothering me anymore but the neck/shoulder pain is still there, it really gets much worse and i get alot of muscle contractions attacks when i take muscle relaxants, NSAIDs or do physical therapy, i don t know what to do anymore
