How Can Severe Pain In The Neck, Arms And Shoulders Be Treated?
Hi i was i was a passerger in a car accident in 2015 it tour all my musules from waist up no long after the accident i had to have a neck my whole spine and my lower back had to go to saint vincents hospital where dr jermery barlow did my spinal surgery i have been haveing very sever pain in my neck arms and shoulders i took a ct scan 3 days ago and i have a binch nerve i am having so much pain i need to see a dr in alabama as soon as possible that can help me can you help me find one i need one on 13 of 20018

You can take over the counter drugs such as Ibuprofen, Voltaren gel to relieve the pain and reduce the inflammation. Beside this, you need to take enough rest, avoid and extreme activities and apply cold compressors to the injured parts.
