Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You have localized pain and muscle stiffness in different parts of body that is right forearm and left foot. This indicates a local cause. The possibility is of a muscle spasm and close-compartment syndrome. Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation: Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and high resolution ultrasonography with color doppler and to be compared with other site. X-ray of the left foot and tests of blood as needed or advised. This will give the most proper diagnosis so that a proper management can be done.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
