I twisted around to grab the toilet paper- 3 weeks ago. I felt a Sudden Stabbing Pain in my Right Upper Arm. It hurts when I turn during the Night. It has gotten even worse, about 2 Days ago. I had overused it all day. What in the world did I do to it, 3 weeks ago??? Please help me find ANSWERS To My Stabbing Pain. It Only Hurts Upon Movement...

Hello,

Maybe, there is a tear in shoulder joint muscles (Rotator cuff muscles of shoulder joint) so whenever if you are using the limb then it hurts.

Kindly take any anti-inflammatory agent and analgesic like paracetamol, ibuprofen etc. it will help you subside your symptoms.

You need to give rest to the limb so that it heals or you can just tie it up hard so that you cannot use that limb for work for few days then only it will heal.
