Hi,

kindly tell me if you are a diabetic? In diabetics, usually there is a condition known as frozen shoulder. it's painful in the early part of disease and range of motion also decreases with time.

You need to have regular exercise and ultrasonic therapy from any nearby physiotherapy centre. It takes time to get relief but if no relief then you can get a local infiltration into your shoulder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Anuj Gupta,
