What Does Severe Pain Below The Sternum Indicate?
Hello, I think you might be having symptoms of GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease). Since, you say you have severe Epigastric pain and if you control gastritis reflex of the contents would be reduced and the pain would subside. Start tablet Ranitidine, Pantoprazole or Esomeprazole before food for 15 days and the symptoms will subside soon. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Archana
