My Dr would like me to go to a shot clinic. I am controlling my pain with the medication. And am concerned about cortizone shots I know shot are temporary. I would like your opinion my other arm is a problem as well.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI to rule out Lupe tendon involvement.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
