How Can Severe Pain On The Right Side Of The Body Be Treated?

I lifted 25 lbs kitty litter with right arm and it caused severe pain right side when walking and sitting and lying down. When trying to walk the pain is so severe that I feel like I am going to the floor as my right leg seems weak and gives and I have to hold on to something so I don’t go down. The pain radiates from my lower spine to my buttocks and part of the way down my right leg. This happened a week and half ago. Is this a severe sprain? I’ve been taking baby aspirin for the pain.

Yeah definitely you should not do that kind of work which affects your muscles and spine .take rest and ibuprofen if possible because that is better than Aspirin.
