How Can Severe Pain Under The Right Breast Be Treated?

My daughter has has a sevier pain under her right breast bone for several weeks. Took her to the ER where they took 2 mri s and could not determine the cause of the pain. The first Dr thought it might be kidney stones, the second dr thought it was not her stones, but might be an ulcer. She is visiting me from out of state so she has not Primary care doctor here. All blood work was good, no fever, not sick to her stomach. Don t know what to do next
