General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my surgical experience, the pain while passing kidney stone can be best managed with Diclofenac or Dicyclomine tablet along with Paracetamol content.

Plenty of liquids will help a lot to pass the gravels with least pain along with urinary alkalizer as Citralka or so forth.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
