How Can Severe Panic Attack And Insomnia Be Treated?
Good afternoon sir. I have a question regarding to my mom. She has dont know whats going on with her... her brain thinks only negative like she became death now she has sever attack etc. She can not sleep properly. All negative thoughts come to her mind.. she became trrified and loose her weight and blood day by day. She has one ultrasound bt the report was nothing.. plzzz suggest some ideas
Anxiety and insomnia can both be related and can be treated with medications. She may need to take SSRI drugs like Citalopram or Sertraline daily for a while and needs to be regularly followed up by a doctor. Psychotherapy can also help her address her fears and cope better.
I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
