How Can Severe Sinusitis Be Treated?

Hi my name is Rhonda, I am in Alabama and 2 weeks ago I started getting sick by the 3 ed day I went to a urgent care inBham ala and they told me I have a sever sinus infection , and they took a X-ray of my lungs and she said I had the start of phenomena, and she gave me steroid shot and a antibiotic shot and gave me a scrip for Biaxin, I have been on it for 10 days and I a man not getting better. My that hurts, fever off and on ,chills ,started hurting in my left lung . What should I do bc I took my last antibiotic today

-Nasal saline washes
-use a humidifier at home
