Dear doc.,the query is for my bro.He is 21 years old.He says he cant interact at alll with other people and itz like he is trying his best but just cannot..he getz perverted images in his mind...He masturbates..he is like the interaction problem it was a childhood problem for him..he did not get a good griend till now...he says his mind makes him feels very guilty and he cant talk with any other people than me or my mom and everyone shuns him in a way.Because of this problem he s got vision hearing and sleep problem..but interestingly the test results showed no sign!dear doc..he says he wants to live like a human being now...he wants to interact...he wants to self actualise..he cannot do it....pls tell me what the problem is as i want to know the cause and which doctor to consult for this...thank u.

It is advised that he sees a psychiatrist to just make a final diagnosis and get a treatment plan in place. Regarding the causes, there are many potential causes ranging from genetic, trauma and current or previous stressors.
