How Can Severe Swelling In The Right Knee Be Treated?

My right knee is about double in size taking on a odd shape, it s been 4 days now. it s gotten so big I can barely bend it it s got a little bit of heat to it only thing that seems to help is staying off it totally with it elevated, I ve tried icing it for 20 on 20 off and taking some. ibuprofen
