I have severe tinitus in right ear. Been that way since 1986. Now its much worse. I am 61 yrs old. Car accident was the cause of ear injury. Now I have a constant headache that is a migrain I guess. Been to many doctors with no fix at all . Please help me. This is getting real bad.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Chronic tinnitus can be treated by using white noise training where the brain is accustomed to white noise and thereby do not notice the tinnitus. Antidepressant medications can also be tried. Please be advised to follow up with your ENT specialist.
