Hi...I m 35 Weeks pregnant. I m having unbearable pain in tooth. I hv been advised a root canal treatment once I complete 36 weeks. Til d time I hv been advised to take crocin pain relief in case of intolerable pain. Can I take crocin advance safely in case it's not available?
As per your query Crocin advance contains Acetaminophen and is considered safe during pregnancy for pain relief.. In case if you have a severe toothache you can very much take Crocin for pain relief, but still consult your Gynaecologist once as she knows your complete medical history.. Also during pregnancy any dental treatment is commonly avoided and is carried out only in case of emergency.. So again if possible wait for your delivery before proceeding for Root Canal Treatment.. But in case if unavoidable get it done only after consent from your Gynaecologist..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
