How Can Severe Upper Back Pain Be Treated?
Hi I've got very sore upper back pain feels like it's in my ribs really hurts to sneeze cough and breathing deep i've been to my local GP and he kinda fobbed me off and gave me some exercises to do which are not helping at all it seems to come on every year at winter time a lot worse.can you please advise me what to do painkillers don't seem to work either kind regards Brent

Since the painkillers do not work and you have had this pain for long period of time I would suggest you to do an MRI of spine and consult that with a neurologist specialist. The solution might be surgery if you have advanced discal hernia.
