How Can Severe Urticaria Be Treated?

Having urticaria since my daughter s birth 12 years ago.I am taking patadin everyday at night.Tried homeopathy..nothing helped.If i dont take the medicine..i get swelling on face,difficulty breathing,needles on tongue And warm all over the body.Please help

it appears to be hypothyroidism. go for thyroid hormone essay and consult imunologist after analysing report the treatment can be recomanded for hormonal deficiancy.
