How Can Severe Weakness In The Knees Be Treated?

I hit my arthritic right knee on a metal shelf right below the kneecap three weeks ago. The next day I couldn t walk on it. I iced it and rested the leg. Saw doctor two days after injury, and they told me to do tbe RICE treatment. Gradually, as time has passed and resting the knee, I can put my full weight on injured knee. It just has been a long healing process. I have been stretching the calf muscle and trying to get strengrh back in my leg. Is there any exercises I can do to get more strength back in my knee?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Do yoga and pranayam, exercise, or meditation in the morning. Do physiotherapy which is helpful for you. Take A to Z tablet once a day after meal. Take calcium tablet for 3 months. Take Diclofenac and Paracetamol combination for pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
