How Can Sharp Pain In Chest And Back Be Treated?

Hi... i felt like i was pushed to the ground one day in school when i got a sharp pain in my chest that went to my right side of my back, and when i go to bed i cant lie on my back cause i feel like the right side of my back is tghtening, and its hard to take deep breaths, what could this be?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having heavy strain on chest muscles giving this problem.
There might be having some fracture in one or more rib as well.
so it is advisable to go ER and get examined.
Meanwhile take analgesic medicine to get relief from pain.
