How Can Shoe Bites On The Toes Be Treated?

Thank You. My toes tend to rub and spots become tender. This happens in the winter when I have shoes on all the time. It also happens on the ends of my big toe and second toe (which is longer than my big toe). I am 66 years old, sometimes have Reynaud s in my fingers and have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism following goiter surgery in the mid-90s. Can you help?
