How Can Shortness Of Breath Along With Fatigue Be Treated?

i have shortness of breath and am very lethargic due to amyloid dosis in the heart. I am currently taking 2 2mg of spironolactone and 4mg of bumex.I have just been prescribed losartin and wonder if it interacts negatively with any drugs. Thank You Howard Galler

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Losartan is an important drug for cardiac problems and that helps a lot. It does not have any major interaction with major drugs. In your case the only caution you need is to regularly keep an eye on your potassium level as Spironolactone and Losartan, both can cause it but it's not common. The Bumex can lower it. So it's a balance combination and won't cause a lot of concern for most people.
