How Can Shortness Of Breath And Belching Be Treated?

For about a week I have been having occasional shortness of breath, and occasionally i feel like i have some heaviness or pressure in my chest/sternum. Sometimes it feels like i have something stuck in my throat. When I eat I feel like i get full very quickly. Also, i have been belching a lot.

Shortness of breath, pressure at chest or sternum, feeling of something struck in throat etc could be symptoms of anxiety neurosis. But needs to be assessed. I suggest you to consult a physician at the earliest.
