How Can Shortness Of Breath And Chronic Cough Be Treated?

I had double atypical pneumonia, and I finished antibiotics about a week ago. I m still having a feeling of a catch in my breath and coughing that is deep along with pin prickly feeling in the middle of my back and a dull pressure in my chest. They mentioned I had an enlarged heart. I m feeling very tired and unmotivated, which is frustrating. I was exposed to black mold, but they didn t test for that with my pneumonia. Should I still be feeling this bad. I m not running fever. Thank you,

Hello,

Consult a physician and get evaluated to rule out possibilities like pneumonia.

A short course of antibiotics can be started empirically.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
