i am a 73 year old male. very active with good mucle tone.work out almost daily and play golf a couple times a week in sumer. had spinal stenois operation to fix siatic nerve pain about 4 years ago. weigh 185lb,hight 5ft. 11.5 in.have muscle and shoulder/ache/pain in both sholders and across upper back. still have some lower back pain which seems to radiate in both feet, like feet feel cold most of the time. recent border lin diabetic on metforin.
