Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
Treatment options for painful shoulder and tennis elbow may include: different lines of pain drugs depending on pain intensity, myorelaxants, steroids ocassionally, physiotherapy and surgery in severe cases.I will advise you try the following:
-Take a pain drug like aceclofenac
-A myorelaxant like miorel
-Hire the services of a Physiotherapist
-Local pain gel like voltarene gel application
-Heat/cold therapy
If pain persist, you see the Doctor for examination and other treatment options.
Hope this will help
