Hello Sir,

My name is Rashmi aged 30 years.

I am suffering from sinus bloked nose and frequent headache.

I will suffer from Blocked nose only during cold seasons and will not have much problem in summers.I have found an method also to remove the mucus by applying pressure on the nose.But now I am feeling bit difficult to breathe.One nostril is free only the other one is blocked. I dont want to undergo any operations.And I am not under any medication. I only take steam to get relief from this.

Can u please suggest me remedy from blocked nose.....?
