How Can Sinus Drainage With Pain And Breathlessness Be Treated?

I have continuous internal sinus drainage. Occasionally when I take a first bite of food I get a horrible pain/burning sensation where I almost can t breathe and I notice the sinus phlem coming up. It goes away totally right after this experience. Does this have something to do with my sinus drainage?

Hello,

You may use hot water for drinking. Use nethi pot method to clean sinuses. Use water vapour inhalation to loosen the mucus. Use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625 mg twice a day for five days. If symptoms have not improved then consult with your ENT specialist he will do endoscopy and treat you accordingly.
