Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had clear sinus drainage since 2011 coming from behind my two front top teeth and have had deep xrays to see if anything was there and it showed nothing. The drainage is salty especially after sneezing. If I have any food in my mouth or sugar after eating the drainage increases. There is no pain and no pus just clear drainage.
You can consult an Allergist and get an allergy test done to rule out if it is the cause. For now, you can take anti-histamines like Levocetirizine or Allegra and see if the condition improves.
Also, avoid lots of spicy and acidic foods. Keep a watch if the drainage increases with any specific foods or other things and avoid those.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
