General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Get X-Ray (PNS) done to get evaluated about the seriousness of the disease. Since you have difficulty in speaking, you need to be physically examined. Get sputum culture tests done. You need voice rest & antibiotics. Take antihistamines, acetaminophen, decongestants & Doxycycline under a physician.

Nasal irrigation, warm compress & steam inhalation are effective.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K,
