dear user about your case i would like to tell you that these symptoms you mentioned refer mainly to have throat or sinus infection bacterial or viral or having ........your feeling of these symptoms should not make you worry as it is common problem that we see in our clinic always....... about what to do that you should refer to ent doctor to examine your throat,sinus and require investigations if needed.......... in my clinic i subscribe patiens suspected bacterial infection with these symptoms amoxicillin,clavulinic acid capsules and ibubrufen tablet and prednisolone tablets commonly advices is you should be away from stress and anxiety and spicy foods because these will get symptoms worse.............you should stop smoking if you are smoker also have bed rest ....you should also drink alot of fluids that will make you improve..you should limit drnking coffee and tea........you can gargle your throat with saline as simply it helps to decontaminate your throat. ........... we require throat swab for investigation if symptoms get worse but now you not need that.......if bacterial infection suggested you will prescribed amoxicillin or erythromycin as it is antibiotic has great role in treatment of throat,sinus infection....... wish you healthy life
