How Can Sinusitis And Cough Be Treated?

I m taking topiramate - 25 mg in the am and 50 mg in the pm; I have the crud; my nose is running off my face - I have started coughin g (and less sneezing) my head hurts (it did anyway - but now I think it is more crud related that whatever we don t know was causing it to hurt before) and I m just trying to figure out if I od on Nyquil and go to bed if that will cause a bad reaction or not. The drug interaction info is rather ambiguous. Drowsiness is kind of what I m trying to achieve anyway...
