Hello
Welcome to HCM.

It seems you are suffering from chronic sinusitis.

If I were your treating doctor,I recommend,
-Visit to ENT surgeon.
Nasal endoscopy is necessary to rule out underlying cause for chronic sinusitis like nasal polyps.
Nasal swab culture to detect causative organism and resistance to drug.
Accordingly, course of antibiotics can be started.
-Nasal irrigation with corticosteroid solution for nasal decongestion.Oral prednisolone may be prescribed for reducing inflammation.
-Local ice pack application around eye.
-In resistant cases to medical therapy, nasal endoscopic surgery can be done.
-Breathing exercises, avoiding exposure to smoke or air pollutants, increasing intake of fruits and vegetables for vitamin A will help in long run.

Hope this information helps.
Wish you good health.
