How Can Sinusitis And Tremors In The Arms Be Treated?

Hi I ve been suffering a lot lately with sinusitis and as of late I ve been getting the shakes in my arms pretty bad when I lie down, it wakes me through the night. Do u think the shakes are off the sinusitis or could that be completely diffrent to something else. It s more like my arms are shuddering and I feel all off balance . Cheers :-)

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Your symptoms is not because of Sinusitis. Your neurological evaluation should be done for that. If after examination needed then local spinal x ray also can be done. Its advisable to check serum sodium, calcium, B12 level as well for further work up. I suggest you to consult physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
