How Can Sinusitis Be Managed?

I am 85yr old I been having a fast heart beat since 48 yrs old about 3yrs I ve had afib I am on atenolol I have cronice sinus when I try to take a small dose of anistimines it triggers my afib I am to see an electronic physical I was prescribe a blood but the side affects are to harsh for my stomach I ve been able to control it pretty good on the medication I am on now also I stop eating and drinking any thing that may trigger it also I take a aspirin a day I just want to be made comportable at this age I am just old for all these harsh drugs what is your advice?

Based on the history you have shared, conventional old generation antihistamines are less associated with abnormalities of heart rhythm.
Also saline water gargles and steam inhalations can be safer options for symptomatic relief. Antibiotics like macrolides or quinolone should be avoided and penicillin can be safer with the current history.
