How Can Sinusitis Be Treated?

I had sinus pain 10 days ago. I m getting very heavy dark yellow even brownish mucus, also start getting chest pain due to too much coughing up mucus. I went to urgent care 4 days ago and Dr. just gave me nasal spray for mucus and benzonatate 200 mg capsule for coughing. The steroid nasal spray may thining my mucus, but still it dreeps to lung and I keep coughing up. I couldn t sleep due to coughing. Do I have to wait or I need some other medication such as antibiotics?

Hello Dear. For sinusitis you do steam inhalation plus a course of antibiotics. Take tablet augmentin three times a day for 5 days and also tablet Dolo-650 three times a day for 5 days. You should be fine. If not consult an ENT surgeon.
