How Can Sinusitis Be Treated?

I have had sinus trouble for about three month now, more on the right side than the left. I feel like I have some sort of Inner ear trouble on the right side, which I have discussed with my doctor. I am on my second round of antibiotics which seems to be doing no good. It is a dry congestion meaning if I try to blow my nose, I get nothing out. I have been using a neti pot twice a day for about three weeks and it seems to help at times but not completely. When I do blow my nose it seems as if my ear drum is going to burst. I haven t had a good nights rest since this started due to labored breathing. I have never had allergy problems before. need second opinion.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi...Thanks for considering Ask a doctor service
I understand your problem
When you have started your second course of antibiotics...?
What is the gap duration between both course....?
You are on your right track, Complete your antibiotics and check out whether you are in right antibiotics...
Leave a gap of A month after your second course of antibiotics and if your symptoms persist take T.Amoxiclav 500mg BD(twice daily after food)for 5 days
If do symptoms persist consult an ENT surgeon for FESS...
Hope your doubts are cleared
Take care
