General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you are allergic to something, it is advised to avoid letting the substance come in contact with your skin and use the ointment suggested by your doctor as per his advice.

To know what exactly is causing this, I would suggest you visit a dermatologist as he will be able to examine you, take history and run some tests to understand it better.

After that, he will prescribe you appropriate medicine which will improve your condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
